Firewall Rules Now Apply Exactly as You Ordered Them
Firewall rules are stored and enforced in the order you submit them, and edits to an existing rule now actually take effect.
What's changed
- Rules keep the order you set instead of being silently re-sorted
- Editing an existing rule now applies the change, rather than leaving the old rule live
- Fixed rule serialization so port ranges and protocols round-trip correctly
- Applies to firewalls on VPS instances, databases, caches and queues
