FKS stands for Fluid Kubernetes Service and is coming soon. When available, DanubeData will operate the tenant control plane and cluster reconciliation while you deploy and operate workloads with standard Kubernetes tools.
Yes. Each FKS cluster will provide a downloadable kubeconfig, so you can use kubectl, Helm, CI/CD systems, and other Kubernetes-compatible tooling.
Worker nodes will use eligible DanubeData VPS plans and be billed hourly. You will choose the worker profile and autoscaling limits, then FKS will add or remove worker nodes based on demand.
FKS will provision private tenant networking with Cilium for pod networking. Gateway API CRDs and Envoy Gateway will provide Kubernetes-native application routing, while LoadBalancer Services will be exposed through DanubeData’s managed edge.
Yes. FKS will include a Kubernetes CSI integration so workloads can request persistent volumes through standard PersistentVolumeClaim resources.
